This is a practice linking Sun salutations< Moon salutations or similar postures between postures. Much emphasis is placed on the breathing and the transition in and out of the postures.
Yin and Yang complement each other, Yin cannot exist without Yang and vice-versa.
In the body, connective tissues (such as tendons, ligaments, fascia) are considered to be Yin tissues and muscles are considered to be Yang tissues.

Yoga in a chair is very gentle yoga that can be done sitting. Some postures can be done in standing position using a chair as a support.
